I have purchased 2 cars from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers and will only buy from them going forward as their service is beyond reproach. Jim, Robert, Dominic and Adam are all stand-up guys and extremely helpful. I am perfectly fine with the no haggle sales price - that's a mickey mouse game to begin with so if you are going to try and nickel and dime them on the price go to a dealership...they love that nonsense. Service is always great with any dealer before and during the sale, but the real test comes after the sale when a problem arises and I had a couple with my first car and both times I brought it in they went out of their way to help me out. I have zero reservations about recommending Elliott Bay to friends, family and work colleagues.

had a great experience buying my car at Elliot Bay! I told Dominic I wanted an SUV under 20K. I expected to get the used car salesman approach and that I would end up being talked up to 25k for a car that I either didn't want or couldn't afford. Instead, he showed me several SUVs under 20K and listened when I told him what I wanted in an SUV. I ended up with a Porsche Cayenne and LOVE it! Never would have thought that I would ever own a Porsche in my price range and am really happy with Elliot Bay's "no BS" approach to their car sales.

These guys were great. They were very willing to answer any questions we had. The car we originally went in to look at was not there at the time. They showed us other vehicles that were similar and allowed us to test several of them. We went back in the next day to test the one we originally went in to see. After discussing different options and final questions we decided to purchase the car. We also purchased an extended warranty just in case something happens as we knew that we were ultimately purchasing a used car. Over all this was the best car buying experience we have ever had and everyone here was great. We highly recomment Elliot Bay Auto Brokers.

We did have a minor problem the first week with the battery failing. You mentioned during the sale that if it did not hold up simply send you the receipt. ""I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to relay what has to be one of the best consumer business interactions in my life. After shopping for an upper end newer model used vehicle at several specialty used cars brokers in the greater Puget Sound/Seattle area we followed up on an Internet add and visited Elliot Bay Auto Brokers. Our experience simply could not have been better. We worked with Jim Frost, who is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, ethical and one very fun guy to do business with. He found the car we wanted at a price the was within our budget. After the car was brought in and intially detailed we put together a check off list of minor items that needed to be taken care of and others that they do as a matter of course (service, brake and safety check) at no additonal charge. When we came to pick up the car, he (not us) decided the floor mats didn't come out as clean as he would like. Lexus floor mats run $150.00 which he paid for.
We recommend Jim and Elliot Bay Auto Brokers without reservation. One final note, Jim arranged to have his tecnicians take care of some minor paint damage to my mother in laws car at 1/2 the price we were quoted at a local auto boday repair. One can't measure the value of making one's mother in law happy after all....
Little did we know that we would not only get a very good value in buying the car but also end up making a new friend.""

I wanted to thank you and your staff for your professionalism, honesty, and creating a wonderful auto buying experience which sometimes is hard to find in this industry. Prior to dealing with your company, my husband and I went to several bigger dealerships and received the typical treatment which was no surprise to us...for example, haggling over price points; discovering flaws in th car that were not pointed out to us by the dealer(one car had a cracked bumper and the dealer acted surprised when informed).
I was surfing the internet and came across a lexus you hadfor sale. My husband and I stopped by your location the next day to check it out, Because the car just got delivered to your facility, the scrapes and flaws were not fixed yet fixed. However, they were pointed out to us by Jim who stated all these flaws (and ones we discover on our own) will be repaired. The price point was well below what wehad seen at other auto dealers, and there was no pressure sales put upon us at all. We were given a couple of days to test drive the car as well as having our mechanic check it out. The car was mechanically in excellent conditon and all the flaws (inside and out) have been repaired to our satisfaction. People are surprised to find out the car is not brand new and is actually four years old. We would not hesitate to recommend Elliott Bay Auto Brokers to our family, friends, and business associates. In fact, people are always asking me where I purchased my beautiful Lexus and am proud to say I bought it from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers!
