The EBA Approach to COVID-19

Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the recent Coronavirus outbreak. During this increasingly challenging time, our goal at EBA is to protect the health of our community while providing safe, quality vehicles to our customers.

Virtual Shopping Tools: We can assist with a number of your shopping needs online or over the phone:

  • Virtual Test Drive: In addition to on-site appointments, we can do the majority of your car shopping with you virtually:View our Inventory
  • Trade-ins: We can provide sight-unseen trade estimates. All we need is the Vin, Miles, Exterior/Interior Color, and condition (Brakes, Tires, Cosmetics). Fill out our trade appraisal form and we’ll get started
  • Credit Pre-Approval: If you have questions about financing and payment options, we can get you pre-approved for financing, all from the safety and comfort of your home, just fill out our Credit Application.
  • Specific Questions? Speak directly with a manager over the phone or via FaceTime to confirm all your purchasing details.
  • THE EBA APPROACH TO SAFE INTERACTION DURING COVID-19

    The safety of our customers, employees, and business associates will always be placed before profits. These are strict policies that are being followed and governed by the Management team at Elliott Bay Auto Brokers.

  • Supervisors are leading a weekly review of our safety measures, safe business practices, relevant sanitization, and CDC protocols.
  • EBA has committed a full-time team to continuously clean, disinfect, and sanitize the dealership, vehicles, and touchpoints throughout the day.
  • Social distancing of 6 feet will be observed between all parties at all times, and limits on the number of customers and appointments have been imposed.
  • Sneeze guards have been installed in areas where customers or employees must be facing each other.
  • Staff is required to use a face mask at all times. Masks and gloves are available for customers who do not have them and required for anyone on-site.
  • Test Drives and Trade-In Vehicles: Vehicles are put through a thorough sanitization process before and after each test drive.
  • Employees are required to sanitize their work areas and wash their hands before and after each customer interaction and hand sanitizer has been placed throughout the dealership.
  • Preparing Paperwork: When a customer is signing documentation for vehicle purchase, we provide them with a new mask and new gloves if they do not have the items already. Pens are sanitized and placed in a clean pen receptacle. Dirty pens will go in a separate container. After each customer leaves, all areas are re-sanitized.

  • We understand the disruption this has created in the lives of many in our community and the grief, hardships, and changes to our daily lives that have affected us all.
